Returns

At Hultafors returning a product is easy with our digital return system. We have a 30-day return policy for all purchases made through our web shop at hultafors.com. Returns registered after 30 days from the receipt of the item will not be accepted. The returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all tags intact. Customized products cannot be returned.

If you are a dealer or contract customer, terms may vary, so please refer to your partner agreement for details, we recommend that you register your return directly from the Partner portal while you are logged in.

Claims

Did your Hultafors product not live up to your expectations? We are here to help. At Hultafors, you always have 36 months to file a product claim for a defective product. You should submit your claim request within a reasonable time, but no later than two months from when the defect or damage was discovered. If you are a dealer or contract customer, we recommend that you register your claim directly from the Partner Portal while logged in.
