PR Wide – Our Widest Tape Measure Yet

The wider blade provides improved stand-out and stability, making it easier to measure longer distances with greater control and fewer interruptions. Both models (5 m and 8 m) feature an integrated tether point for secure attachment when working at height, while the self-adjusting end hook compensates automatically for hook thickness to ensure accurate inside and outside measurements.

Choose the Right PR Wide for the Job

PR Wide is available in two versions, both certified to EU Class I for maximum measuring accuracy.

• The 5 m model features a 25 mm blade and is designed for everyday measuring tasks where low weight, comfort and flexibility are important. It features a slim metal belt clip for convenient everyday carrying.
• The 8 m model features a 32 mm blade for greater stand-out and increased stability over longer distances, making it easier to take measurements without blade collapse. It is equipped with a detachable quick-release belt clip that allows one-handed removal from the belt holder.

Made in Our New Tape Measure Factory in Hultafors

PR Wide is the first new tape measure range to be manufactured in Hultafors’ new highly automated tape measure factory in Sweden. Here, we manufacture both the blade and the spring for our short tape measures in Hultafors, while the plastic components are produced and the products assembled at our factory in Romania. This gives us full control over quality, precision and product development.
